The Mother of Geese

This kid is so strange. Thanks to Aunt Karen for getting him the Duck Dynasty beard. It was certainly a hit!

Pretty soon I will be eating delicious food from these pots!

When Brad went to visit his parents he caught up with Karen and she presented him with this amazing beard knowing that Max would be the perfect recipient of it. It is amazing isn't it?

Little girl is growing up!

Abbie had some friends over for a girls night in so I thought it would be a good idea to keep Max away from the craziness. I suggested that we have a date night upstairs. He came up with a list of activities. Here are they are: Date scadule. TV time. dinner. Game time. TV time again. Reading. Clue. It was a great night and we had so much fun together!

I went to the temple with my presidency and when I came home none of the kids were home. I knew there must have been a good place where I could have found them and there they were! They rode their bikes to Daylight Donuts and bought donuts with their own money! Such cute kids!

The best part of the morning happened when Brad came downstairs in just his white garments. The kids rushed to go pinch him and he responded with a loud toot right when they were about to attack.

Sweet Mariko has been called to serve a mission in Japan and we got the awesome opportunity to a few hours with her before she needed to be dropped off at the MTC A few weeks before she came I sent a message to the kids during church asking their opinions of what we should prepare for her little get together for her friends. Me: "I want to have a party for Mariko. It will be for 1 hour. What should I serve? cupcakes? fruit and fruit dip? chocolate fondue? You get to vote for 1 thing. Here's Amelia's response: "i vote cupcakes cupcake and I think that dinner should be ribs dang it there is no cupcake emoji." Abbie voted Chocolate fondue. Amelia changed her answer to "fondue butts" and Max? He requested "donas and butcheke samdwichs"
